Good Evening! I apologize for the late message BUT tomorrow, is International DOT Day!
This is based on the book "The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds.
The students & staff are invited to wear anything DOT-ish or any shirt with a positive message.
In library the last 2 weeks grades K-6 have read the book, they have created their own dots for a hanging display (pictures to come), and we have discussed ways they can "Make their Mark". This is such a fun book with so many possibilities. Make sure to ask you kids about it!
I have included some pictures (school app or Facebook) with some more information and ideas for you.

This past week in Mrs. Naaden's classroom, the FACS classes pickled and canned beets. The eighth graders practiced filling the bobbin and threading the machine.
