To Whom it may concern,
Napoleon High School’s Student Council and FCCLA Chapter is hoping to host a series of “fun nights” throughout the remainder of the school year. These nights will contain putting on entertaining events in our school gym one night a month in an attempt to provide a safe environment for our 7-12 grade students to go on the weekends, and will be limited to Napoleon students. Events will consist of light physical activities, card games, and even board games to provide something that will interest all groups of students who will come. There will certainly be something for everyone. Fun nights will last from anywhere to 2-3 hours with a different main event each night. These events will be later at night, hoping to accommodate for varying practice times and sporting events. Tentative dates and events are as follows:
November 3: Movie Night
December 15: Cornhole Tournament and board games
January 20: Volleyball and assortment of board games and card games
February 24: Pickle ball and assortment of board games and card games
March 8: Spike Ball, cornhole, pingpong
Student Council Advisor, Mrs. Jenn Schmitt, and FCCLA Advisor, Ms. Tami Naaden, are asking for your financial assistance. We are hoping to receive donations to go towards snacks, drinks, and possible door prizes for kids who stay until the end of the night. We believe that completing this activity will be promoting a safe common environment and forming stronger bonds between our youth. We appreciate your consideration and any help you are willing to provide.
Please contact Mrs. Schmitt and Ms. Naaden if you are able to donate, we appreciate your consideration!
