The Linton Spring Spectacular is scheduled for April 16 in Linton. Mr. Pike handed out permission slips today to students in grades 5 - 12. If you did not get one, please let him know. The permission slips need to be returned to Mr. Pike no later than Monday 3/27. Thank you!
The Freshmen class have been learning about different careers in our community. Watch the 4-7 min. videos about what they learned. They also realized how grateful we are to have such businesses and people in our rural community of Napoleon. Thank you Napoleon Drug, DFC Shop and Retail and First Community Credit Union who took the time to share their career paths. We will be featuring other businesses soon.

National Honor Society will be selling donated Imperial gear tonight during the Chris in the Classroom event. We have several nice items left ranging in price from $2 to $15. Stop in and check it out! Proceeds go toward a service project this spring.
So proud of our band and choir students! Yesterday, choir came home with a star rating (the highest you can get) and band came home with a 1 (second highest)! They have been working so hard. I can't wait for the community to hear them during the spring concert on May 9th at 7!
Good morning, this is Mr. Bjerklie with a weather announcement. Napoleon Public School will start school 2 hours late today, Wednesday, March 22nd. No breakfast will be served. Bus families be in contact with your bus driver. Once again, 2 hours late start today, Wednesday, March 22nd.

Good afternoon, this is Mr. Bjerklie with a weather related announcement. With the blowing snow and icy roads, we will be running buses at 2:00 pm today. School will still dismiss at 3:30, but buses will be running at 2:00. Track practice after school for town kids only and no wrestling duals at Mandan.
Reminder... Community Reading in the Gym is tomorrow Thursday, March 16th from 2:30-3:30. Please enter through the main doors by the office. The gym doors will NOT be open. Can't wait to see you all.
Due to Winter Weather Warnings and potential road conditions, the 11th and 12th Grade Field Trip to Bismarck on Wednesday, March 14 is postponed. Students should report to classes as normal tomorrow morning.

Due to poor country road conditions, Napoleon Public School buses will do pavement only stops for Monday and Tuesday this week. Hopefully we can be back to normal bus routes on Wednesday. Contact your bus driver to make necessary arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.
Just a reminder, Parent-Teacher conferences are set for Tuesday, March 14th. During that time, we will have the current AG shop open for anyone that wants to check out our current setup. The school has been approached on the possibility about building a new Ag Facility. We will be sending out a survey next week sometime to gather more input on which direction we should go with the facility. Also, we will have school on Friday, March 17th and on March 23rd, we will have a half day of school. Buses on March 23 will run at 12:30.
