After first day at State Class B girls golf in Carrington, the team is in second place with 352 strokes, leading Heart River by 20 strokes. Leading the Imperial team is senior McKenzie Haas with 84 strokes followed by junior Sophie Kettering with 86, then senior Ashley Schmitt with 88. Junior Emma Kettering as 89. Rounding out the day was freshman Jada Schwartzenberger with a 101 and sister seventh grader Aliyah with 119. The competition is tough, but the girls are doing well, holding off Linton by 8 strokes.

The Elementary, Junior High, and Junior Varsity Football games vs Kidder County that were postponed will not be rescheduled. We did not have dates available that worked for rescheduling.

Napoleon 5th & 6th Grade Girls Basketball team will be playing in Hazelton, ND this afternoon at 4:30pm. It was previously scheduled for Linton School, it is now in Hazelton. Girls' leave time is at 3:30pm.

Napoleon Student Council is selling Imperial Pride yard signs. Proceeds benefit activities put on for the student body throughout the school year. If you are interested in purchasing a sign, ask a Student Council representative or call Mrs. Berger at the school. Cost is $15.


Homecoming week culminated with Powder Puff football, junior vs. senior volleyball, the parade, skits, games, and coronation. Payton Feist and Tucker Schneider were crowned Homecoming King and Queen.
