Napoleon Public School is looking to fill 2 full-time and 1 part-time Aide positions. With changed in enrollment, we need some extra help. Napoleon Elementary Basketball Camp ** NEW DATES, TIME, AND INFORMATION ** Wednesday, August 11 & Friday, August 13 (2 days) 2 Divisions 1-3 grades (fall of 2021) (basic skills) 4-6 grades (fall of 2021) (basic skills plus one on one defense, team play) -Girls camp will run from 9am to 12noon -Boys camp will run from 1pm to 4pm Registration Fee will be $10. This will be for the purchase of a Camp T shirt. (shirts will be given out when school starts) Registration will be at 8:30 am for the girls on August 11th and 12:30 pm for the boys on August 11th. If you are traveling from a different school, please email Richard.Bjerklie@napoleon.k12.nd.us We want to be prepared for the correct number of kids. Contact South Central Health in Napoleon to set up sports physicals for the upcoming school year, 754-2322 The Napoleon clinic will be doing sports physicals on July 19th 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM and July 22nd 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The cost is $50 upfront if you do not want your insurance billed.

Napoleon Public School is looking for a 7-12 Academic Interventionist Qualifications: Valid ND teaching certificate and certification for this position Major Responsibilities: 1. The Academic Interventionist will work with students, parents, teachers, special education teachers and the MTSS Academic Team. 2. Work with students 1 on 1 or in small groups to close the educational gap. 3. Design and implement math and reading interventions using research-based methodology. 4. Communicate with teachers and parents of students regarding student progress. 5. Document interventions and progress of individual students. 6. Guide teachers to differentiate instruction based on assessment data. 7. Work with teachers to determine what the goals are for each student. o Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students. 8. Compile and use data to determine which students are at risk and the best interventions to encourage growth. 9. Keep records on how students are progressing. 10. Coordinate MTSS meetings with parents and teachers. 11. Other duties as assigned.
