🌟 What an Exciting Week for Our 4th Graders! 🌟
Our 4th grade class has been busy with some amazing learning experiences!
📚 We welcomed ND Studies speaker, Hank Labore, into our classroom for a full day of hands-on learning about North Dakota’s rich history and culture.
🎨 Students also got creative during a fun and colorful art session with Miss Myra.
🐂 Our adventure continued with a field trip to the Salesbarn and Schmitt Locker, where students learned about the process of buying and selling cattle and how meat is processed.
🔬 To top it all off, the class traveled to the Science Center in Bismarck for a day full of exploration and discovery, followed by lunch and playtime at the park!
Thank you to all who helped make these experiences possible! 💙💛

Recently, Dusty from our NDSU Extension Services presented a lesson about saving and spending money. Then, the 1st graders painted their own money banks, which had been left at the Stock Growers Bank and the First Community Credit Union after we visited them. These painted animals will be at the banks for a couple of weeks yet, so you should check them out and vote for your favorite one with leaving a little change. The top 3 animal banks with the most money will win prizes.
